Cancellation policy

The following cancellation conditions apply to bookings made through our website www.mak-apartments.de:

Bookings with a stay of more than 28 days: Free cancellation possible up to 28 days before the arrival date. For cancellations made less than 28 days before the arrival date, the total price of the booking will be due.

Bookings with a stay of up to 28 days: Free cancellation possible up to 24 hours before the arrival date. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the arrival date, the total price of the booking will be charged.



Bookings made as part of special offers are non-cancellable.

Note: For bookings made through external platforms such as Airbnb or Booking.com, the cancellation policies specified there apply. Please check the respective platform directly for applicable policies.

How can I cancel? Cancellation is only possible in writing via email or via the cancellation tool of the booking platform you use.
