House rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we ask you to observe the following house rules:



1. Deposit and Consequences for Violations: In the event of violations of the house rules, we reserve the right to retain all or part of the deposit. We may also refuse future bookings.

2. Pets: Pets are not permitted unless expressly stated otherwise in the listing. Assistance animals are, of course, excluded.

3. Events and partiesEvents or parties are not permitted in the accommodation.

4. Smoking, Vaping, and E-Cigarettes Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are not permitted indoors. In the event of violations, we reserve the right to commission a specialized company to remove odors and nicotine residues (e.g., using ozone cleaning). The costs for this may amount to up to €700. Smoking is permitted only on balconies, terraces, or designated areas.

5. Commercial photography and filmingCommercial photography and filming in the accommodations is permitted.

6. Quiet hoursPlease be considerate of other guests and neighbors and observe the quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

7. Check-in and Check-out Check-in is possible between 3:00 PM and 2:00 AM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM at the latest.

8. Maximum number of guestsExceeding the maximum number of guests without prior notice may result in a surcharge on the overnight rate.

9. Damage to furnishingsIn the event of damage or destruction to furnishings, the booking amount will be adjusted by the replacement value of the affected item plus a travel fee.
